The trippass.ai website provides digital products and services; therefore, physical goods delivery does not apply.
After customers complete successful payment, VIETNAM ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE JOINT STOCK COMPANY AIAIVN will send to the registered email address:
- Electronic ticket (E-ticket) with QR Code;
- Order confirmation email;
- Service usage guide (if necessary).
The timeframe for sending the e-ticket is typically immediately after successful payment confirmation or within the specific timeframe defined for each product/service.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accurate email address. The Company is not responsible for failure to receive the e-ticket due to incorrect email addresses, blocked emails, spam filtering, or other reasons beyond system control.
Customers have the right and responsibility to verify the accuracy of the E-ticket/QR Code upon receipt via email. In case of errors, customers should immediately notify Support within the timeframe specified in Article 10.
